Rules For Participants

Winners of Miss Viet Nam Galaxy Pageant in consideration of accepting a Title, either as a winner or runner up (the "Title") and in further consideration of any prize that may be associated with the title agree as follows. For a period of one year from the date of any title being awarded (reign):

1. To fully cooperate in all requests and various tasks associated with the title, which shall include public and private activities as required by the sponsors such as photographic sessions, appearances at community and commercial events as a title holder. To understand and agree that the obligation of the title could require winner to take at least two international trips during her reign.

2. To maintain a high standard or moral and ethical behavior and winner's conduct must in no way reflect negatively on Miss Viet Nam Galaxy.

3. To give priority to the responsibilities as a title winner to the Miss Viet Nam Galaxy Pageant.

4. That failure to appear at any event for which without reasonable notice has been given will result in a deduction from the portion of the cash prize, which is paid at the "Annual end of Reign Gala".

5. To not become associated with individuals, groups, organizations or entities, which in the view of the Miss Viet Nam Galaxy committee, could have a negative impact on the reputation of Miss Viet Nam Galaxy or its organizers.

6. To agree that Miss Viet Nam Galaxy has the sole discretion to strip the winner of her title if she violates the terms and spirit of this or any other agreements to which she has fixed her signature.

7. To agree that winner's failure or refusal to perform other reasonable duties not prescribed herein requested by Miss Viet Nam Galaxy, may result in the removal of her title.

8. To agree that if winner becomes the Miss Viet Nam Galaxy queen, she will not be permitted to join any other beauty pageants except the ones sponsored by Miss Viet Nam Galaxy during the period of her reign.

9. To submit at least one month in advance any travel or other plans which would make winner unavailable to perform the duties of her title. However she understands these plans cannot interfere for a period in excess of two weeks.

10. All information furnished by the applicants is treated with confidentiality and is not provided to any other individuals, organizations or entities.

11. All applicants will be required to complete and sign application, contestant release form, questionnaire, title winner agreement.

12. Additional rules and regulations may be added later at the discretion of the Miss Viet Nam Galaxy Organization.
